Hello, I am Tatyana Staneva. I founded Clarity for Action in 2024 to step into exactly that gap, drawing on 25 years of senior leadership experience from global organisations including GSK, Merck, Siemens, and Roland Berger to help companies turn ambitious visions into market reality.

I have a deep curiosity about science and technology and have spent most of my career working alongside and advising CEOs and senior leadership teams across both global multinationals and smaller or younger companies. That experience of operating at C-level means I understand the pressures you face and speak your language from day one.

Today, I specialise in the small- and mid-market segment, where my services are most impactful. As a pragmatic partner, I work side-by-side with founders, CEOs and their teams to turn ambitious ideas into working solutions, combining strategic insight, practical design, and hands-on delivery all the way to market readiness.
