Challenge
The company had developed as a project solving a critical data challenge for physicians within a large university hospital. By the time collaboration with Clarity for Action started, the client was already servicing multiple individual clinics within the hospital, deeply entrenched in operations, and at the same time actively preparing for the upcoming spin-off and needed fundraising. The challenge was twofold: preparing the company for standalone operations and crafting a compelling narrative to attract further customers and investors.

- Together with the CEO, unpacked the company’s value proposition and business model and simplified messaging to resonate with investors
- Validated market potential and competition and defined the company’s growth ambition
- Developed a comprehensive 5-year financial model (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and a go-to-market and pricing strategy as a starting point for product-market fit
- Facilitated the creation of priorities and action plans for the spin-off and fundraising processes, including due diligence preparation
- Helped redesign investor pitch decks, evolve the fundraising strategy and identify and approach suitable investors
